Enjoy restorative yoga with Stefani. In this 1.5 hour class, poses will be held for longer and assisted with yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation emphasizing the meditative aspect of yoga – the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. Your ticket to ultimate relaxation for your evening. All levels welcome! Class limited to 10 people
