Description
Instructor: Karen Moore Strength, stretch and conditioning mat Pilates exercises using props including a core ball and bands to achieve a strong and flexible core and body for overall wellness. Core ball and bands provided, please bring your own exercise mat. Mats are available. This class is available for teens and adults ages 16 years and older.
