Opera in the Ozarks

Opera in the Ozarks is set to celebrate its 75th season in 2025 with the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art theater at Inspiration Point in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. This new 300-seat venue, made possible by a $34 million grant from the Walton Family Foundation, will elevate both artist and audience experiences while preserving the intimate setting that has defined the company since 1950.
 

The 2025 season will run from June 27th to July 25th and will feature a dynamic mix of productions: Bizet’s Carmen, Lehár’s The Merry Widow, and Sondheim’s Into the Woods. These performances will spotlight the talents of emerging opera professionals, continuing Opera in the Ozarks’ long-standing mission of preparing young artists for professional careers in opera.
