In celebration of Valentine's Day, we invite you to join us for a heart centered yoga workshop. When our hearts are open, unrestricted, and unblocked we feel at our best, alive, and full of warmth and passion. Fear and doubt lock us up on physical, mental, and emotional planes. In this workshop we will explore a variety of mudras, breaths, gentle postures, and meditations to help break up common patterns of fear and anxiety, and to open your heart so that you may experience the full spectrum of love. This workshop is open to all levels. We will enjoy some hot tea and gooey delicious music to warm up our hearts. See you on the mat. XO.
