Join Susan in this basic Hatha class which includes a gentle warm up, a fun Vinyasa flow to get the heart pumping, a warrior sequence to build muscles, and a the cool down which includes balance postures. A 3-5 minute meditation practice will close the class. Please bring your own mat. Instructor: Susan Gaines
