Free Concert: Arkansas MusicWorks Brass Band

Arkansas Musicworks Brass Band, founded in 2017, is an entirely volunteer brass band based in the Northwest Arkansas area. Performing a wide variety of music including opera, jazz, Broadway and modern compositions written especially for British style brass band, Arkansas Musicworks Brass Band seeks to create world class performances featuring regional musicians, fostering a culture of professional excellence in the amateur music-making community. The band takes pride in offering a high quality outlet for musicians, composers, and conductors seeking to push their artistry to new heights in a friendly and constructive environment.
 

In the wake of the global pandemic the Arkansas Musicworks Brass Band endeavored to extend it’s mission to the next generation of musicians by forming a brass band for motivated young brass players and percussionists. Drawing students from variety of junior highs, high schools and colleges throughout the region, the Arkansas Musicworks Youth Brass Band gave its highly successful debut performance in May of 2022.
