Plein Air Painters of Eureka Springs presents the 5th Annual “Fine Art in the Ozarks” at Rockspire. View the work of Eureka Springs finest outdoor artists. All mediums — oil, acrylic, watercolor and mixed media — and many styles. Meet the artists, watch them paint. Join in a painting class.
